Canadian partner for two institutional sites in critical equatorial coastal environments.
THE NEED
One of our major Canadian partners commissioned us to design and custom-build two SIRIUS voltage stabilisers to solve the problems caused by large voltage fluctuations at two critical coastal sites in the equatorial belt.
OUR SOLUTION
Following the customer’s requirements, two Sirius voltage stabilisers with the following characteristics were realised:
- power ratings of 1600kVA and 750kVA
- 25% input voltage regulation
- outdoor installation with NEMA3 protection
The voltage stabilisers were assembled inside stainless steel cabinets and equipped with air conditioners to maintain the temperature within the operating specifications.
