Ortea Care is the service that, through constant remote data analysis and planning of maintenance interventions, allows you to keep your unit perfectly operational and minimize the risk of breakdowns.
The service includes extended warranty coverage, renews annually up to a maximum of four renewals.
Two options available:
- Ortea Care Light: remote monitoring and support.
- Ortea Care Full: remote monitoring and assistance, onsite intervention and consumable parts.
Ortea Care is available exclusively for new products connected to the OrteaXcloud platform and belonging to these categories:
- Energy Efficiency Systems – Enersolve ESL
- Voltage stabilizers – Sirius
